Popular announced today that on Saturday, February 7, 2026, branches and service centers that normally operate on Saturdays will not offer services. This closure is due to Popular holding a company-wide meeting in which all employees will participate.
The institution encourages its customers to use the available alternative service channels such as Mi Banco Online, the automated system of TeleBanco Popular® by calling the toll-free number (787-724-3659 / 1-888-724-3659), and all other digital services.
All ATMs and night depositories will remain available. To find the nearest ATM, they may visit: www.popular.vi/locator/.
Popular also indicated that on Monday, February 9, services will resume at all branches during their regular business hours.
