San Juan, Puerto Rico – December 2, 2024 – Popular Auto, LLC and Bella Group announced that effective December 1, they closed the previously announced acquisition of Popular Auto's daily car rental business by Bella Group.
As announced in October, all the employees of Popular Auto's daily rental business will be transferred to the operation of Flagship Car & Truck Rental, Bella Group’s vehicle rental division that offers solutions for both corporate and retail clients. Customers of Popular Auto's daily rental business will not experience any changes in the services they receive.
