The company also announced that, after the passage of tropical storm Ernesto, and as part of its efforts to help its commercial customers restart and stabilize their businesses, it will activate the JumpStart financing program. This program was created as a direct response for Popular's commercial customers to obtain emergency capital to meet their business needs after a catastrophic event.
